FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does production take?

Please allow 6 months to 1 year for dresses. Tuxedos, at least 3-4 months. Even the ones listed on the website as they are all custom and not stock. In stock designs that is ever listed will ship out in at least 2 days after order is placed.
Do you offer refunds or returns?

No returns or exchanges will be excepted. Refunds are not guaranteed and are on a case by case situation (production error.) Booking fees are non refundable. Once a dress has started production, any amount paid will not be eligible for a refund (i.e cancelled events, change your mind.)
Will a sketch be provided?

No. Your inspiration photos and instructions is the sketch. We will confirm all details with you before starting production.
Can I make changes to the dresses on the website?

Yes. You can request additions or changes to any dress on or off our website. Email us info@islbb.com.
Can I send dresses made by other designers?

Yes. However, we will suggest making changes to make it your own style as we do not copy or steal other designers work. We do allow you to send photos of different parts from different designs to make your own unique look.
How do I order a custom design?
